The sign up sheet is available at the Pro Shop.
Tee times will be assigned by the pro shop. If you don’t plan to play in the tournament, but would like to follow the field on Friday and join participants for lunch there is space provided on the second page for you to sign up.
Lunch will be an Asian chicken salad provided by the Charbonneau Market and Deli and your choice of soda or water for $12.00. Please make check payable to CWGA and leave it with the golf club front desk staff. Note: Luncheon on Friday June 3rd (no luncheon on Thursday, June 2nd.)
Please note the deadline to sign up for the tournament and for lunch is Friday May 27th.
