Thank You to CWGA from Men’s Shoot-out  coordinator:

I wanted to express much appreciation and thanks for the wonderful job (as always) you and the CWGA crew provided for the Charbonneau Points Shootout. I know Bill Moir was very complimentary for the help he received for the scoring.
For me, I am just thankful for having you both support me in a tournament which I think accomplished a couple things:
-reduce disappointment for the Men’s Invitational cancellation. 
-provide an opportunity for members to have fun, enjoy getting to know new people, and to experience something new.
The rain dampened the playing, but not the enjoyment I believe. Much of this had to do with the great job and smiling faces of the CWGA. Please extend my deepest thanks to all of the women who gave their time over the two days. Let’s all hope the Men’s Invitational will return next year as usual.

SPECIAL INFORMATION: At the June 3 CWGA Board Meeting it was voted that a scramble format game would not be played during this year. To encourage community play with in the group, the board decided, to have this date be a Team Paring established by Golf Genius. The scores will be postable and there will be both 18 and 9 hole play. If you are not comfortable playing with a randomly drawn team, you may contact Diane Meyers, dianedavismeyers@gmail.com.
